Refund Policy
How refunds work for AI pets on bugclicker.org: free redraws, credits returned automatically when a pet fails, and money back within 7 days.
最近更新: 2026-10-31
What you buy
Credits, paid once: 10 credits for $4.99 or 30 credits for $9.99. Making one pet from one picture uses 10 credits. Credits you haven't used never expire. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Automatic: when a pet can't be made
- If the faces don't line up, we redraw them for free, up to two times.
- If the pet still can't be made, its 10 credits go back to your balance automatically, so you can try another picture. You don't need to contact us.
These two happen on their own, any time, with no deadline.
Money back within 7 days
Write to us within 7 days of paying and we refund the payment if:
- you haven't used the credits you bought, or
- a pet came out wrong and the free redraws didn't fix it.
After 7 days, or for pets that came out fine, we look at each request individually.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@bugclicker.org with:
- the email address you paid with,
- roughly when you paid and which pack ($4.99 or $9.99),
- what went wrong, and the link to the pet if there is one.
We reply within 2 business days. You don't need to explain more than that, and we won't ask you to delete the pet first.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are taken off your balance.
Common situations
I paid, but the pet didn't start. Confirming a payment can take a few seconds. If the page says the payment is still being confirmed, refresh it after a minute. If you closed the page, open the link in the email we sent after you paid: your credits are there. Still nothing an hour later? Write to us and we'll add the credits or refund you.
I was charged twice. Write to us and we refund the extra charge.
I used some of a 30-credit pack. Write to us anyway. We look at partly used packs one by one, and we're more likely to help when the pets you made came out wrong.
The pet doesn't look enough like my picture. The maker draws a chibi version, so it won't match exactly. If the faces are broken or clearly wrong after the redraws, that counts as "came out wrong" above. The picture tips also help a lot on the next try.
Do unused credits expire? No. They stay on your balance; open the link from your email to use them later, on any computer.
